Return and Refund Policy

At HA Bazaar, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom products, and personal care items (e.g., health and beauty products).

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

2. Return Process

2.1 To Initiate a Return:

  • Please include your receipt or proof of purchase when requesting an RMA.

2.2 Shipping:

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2 If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment:

4. Late or Missing Refunds

4.1 If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Exchanges

5.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged:

6. Gifts

6.1 If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

6.2 If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later:

  • We will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
